Trump Allegedly Planned to Attack Iran's Nuclear Facilities!

U.S. President Donald Trump allegedly planned to attack Iran's nuclear facilities in the final weeks of his term.

4 official said U.S. President Trump was looking for options to attack Iran's nuclear facilities during a meeting in the Oval Office on Thursday, the New York Times reported.

It was noted that Trump was discouraged by US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, US Vice President Mike Pence, Acting Defense Secretary Christopher Miller and Chief of Staff Mark Milley, warning that his request could lead to a comprehensive conflict and raise blood pressure with Iran.

Meanwhile, White House officials have not commented on the matter.

IRAN'S URANIUM STOCKPILE IS HIGH

Trump's request comes after the International Atomic Energy Agency's November 11 report on Iran's nuclear program.

Tehran's stockpile of low-enriched uranium is well above the level set in the nuclear deal and continues to exceed the uranium enrichment limit, the report said.
