UK PM Johnson quarantines himself
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has quarantined himself after one of his staffers tested positive for coronavirus.
The UK Prime Minister's office says Prime Minister Boris Johnson has quarantined himself for coming into contact with someone who tested positive for coronavirus.
Johnson, who had previously contracted coronavirus, announced in April that he was making a full recovery. But British health officials had warned Prime Minister Johnson that he could be infected again, recalling that there had been cases of people contracting the virus a second time.
The latest case in the UK as a result of the detection of 24,962 new cases in the last 24 hours in the UK, including the UK, the total number of cases in the country rose to 1 million 369 thousand 318. The death toll also increased by 168 to 51,934.
