NASA: 5 asteroids approaching Earth

5 asteroids are approaching Earth this week, two of them will pass at a closer distance than the moon, NASA experts said.

Three of the 5 asteroids that will approach Earth this week will pass today, experts said, noting that their size is 10 to 24 meters. The closest of them will pass 343 thousand kilometers from Earth.

Two more asteroids, measuring 6.8 and 30 meters, will approach Earth on December 18. The smallest will pass 57 thousand 100 kilometers from Earth, and the largest will pass at a distance of about 7 million kilometers.
