LAST MINUTES! Azerbaijani victory in Karabakh! Armenia surrenders
Breaking news... Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the start of a ceasefire between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia have agreed to a joint statement on the Nagorno-Karabakh issue, Putin said in a televised statement. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said in a televised address to the public, " your eyes are bright, we are going back to Karabakh. The agreement means Armenia's defeat. We broke the back of the Armenian army. Today's declaration includes the joint peacekeeping mission of Russia and Turkey. We are creating a completely new format for regional contacts," he said. “I signed a declaration with the heads of State of Russia and Azerbaijan on the end of the war in Karabakh, " Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in a statement, announcing that he had signed a declaration with Putin and Aliyev that they had lost in Nagorno-Karabakh. The published text of the statement is incredibly painful for both me and the people of Armenia. I had no choice but to sign the declaration," he said. Angry crowds in front of the government building in the Armenian capital Yerevan continued their reactions, while people descended on squares in the Azerbaijani capital Baku and other cities celebrated the victory
